Workout Programs

Thank you for your interest in my guided workout programs. Each program is 4-5 weeks of strength training with mobility, core, and cardio included to help you gain lean muscle mass, re-shape your body, and improve muscular endurance. Here are the pieces of equipment used in the programs:

-weights (light, medium, heavy) & Kettle Bell (optional)

-resistance bands (fabric woven bands and latex bands)

-bench & Plyo Box (a chair works too)

-ankle weights

-stability ball & yoga block

These programs include follow along videos for each workout that are accessed through a private YouTube link and a printable crib sheet as well. The strength training workout videos are between 30-40 minutes long, and the add-on workouts range from 10-20 minutes. If you choose to follow the crib sheet, workout times will vary based on the amount of rest you take and warm-up and cool down you choose. The crib sheets include a place to record the weights you use, so you can monitor your progress. Crib sheets, a link to the workout playlist and a calendar will be emailed to you once you purchase the program. After you purchase the program, you have access to it for as long as you want.

After payment is received through PayPal or Zelle upon request,  you will be sent a link to the workout playlist, the crib sheets, and link to a private Facebook group. The Facebook group is an optional add-on for those who want to build community and “chat” with other people following the program. You can  share your journey there, ask questions, encourage each other, and find community.

phase 2 is the follow up workout program to Progressive Strength. We are turning things up in phase 2 and building on Progressive Strength. There is also added Pilates and Plyo for bone health.

Total Body Strength is an 8 week program with 3 total body workouts per week and an optional mobility day.

This 4 week program is designed to help you build strength for your knees and hips. There are 5 workouts per week, 20 minutes and under. We will be strengthening all areas surrounding the knees and hips with a resistance band, ankle weights, and a low step.

Activate is a strength and conditioning program that focuses on building lean muscle mass, increasing muscular endurance, strengthening the core, improving mobility and getting the heart rate up!

Due to the nature of this format, NO refunds are given once the payment is received. This is a one time fee and you will NOT be billed monthly. 

This program is designed by me with the purpose of helping you get stronger. The workouts will challenge you to lift weights that are heavy for you. The progress you make will depend on how hard you work, how consistent you are, and how much weight you lift. Heavy is a relative term, so choose weights that are heavy for you!

  In full consideration of the risk of injury while participating in the Activity, and for the right to participate in the Activity, I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, or personal representatives, knowingly and voluntarily participate in this waiver and release of liability and hereby waive any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind whatsoever arising out of my participation in the Activity, their affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns, for any kind of risks related to traveling to and from as well as participating the Activity, which may include, but are not limited to, physical or psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability, economic or emotional loss, and death.

I acknowledge that I have carefully read this form and fully understand that it is a release of liability. I expressly agree to release and discharge the trainer or instructor from any and all claims or causes of action and I agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that I may otherwise have to bring a legal action for personal injury or property damage.
